Does anyone know how to get UT to start up in a window and not full screen. I can not figure out how to do this, and my install of Unreal wont start in a safe mode window.

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
I think if you look under the preferences there's a option like fullscreen or startfullscreen = true or false.
I just found out that the advanced options are only available through the console. What made them change this? Thank you for the response.
The advanced options have always been that way in UT.
