Please Help - D3D Probs

System Specs:

P2 300Mhz
TNT2 Elsa Erazor III (Model 64)
128Mb RAM

UT runs very nicely for me in D3D, running it in OpenGL or Software is not an option due to various asthetic / performance issues; I am experiencing crashes in D3D mode, and it isnt the Unreal engine, but my video card.

Same problem in Need For Speed: Porsche Unleashed.
Is there something I need for my card? Drivers, configs, tweaks, ect.

I have Direct X 8.0
Please help! I know this particular forum isnt posted in very often but I need help!
