Weird translocator problem -- help!!

I'm working on a level, everything seems fine and dandy, low poly counts, nothing out of the ordinary, etc. Except, for some reason, I can't translocate. Anywhere. I can shoot out the disc, but when I try to translocate it just returns. WTF is going on here?! Any help would be appreciated!

Uhhh.. forget I posted that... everything's fine, just fine. Nothing a little brain transplant won't fix.

(Somehow my alt-fire key got mapped to primary fire).
