What can I do with Mutator Lists???

I have downloaded me Mods for UT and Installed!
The half of them aren't there!
I'm going on Mutator lists and there was that!
I have click on the Mod!How use I that??
What's Mutator List?Please help me!

Installing mutators and mods by .umods should install them to UT. All you have to do (If they are mutators) is click on the mutator button when starting a practice match and select the ones you want to use.
For mods, you need to click on the gametype (DM, CTF...) and choose what mod you want to play.
