If you are interest, OverclockerCafe (http://www.overclockercafe.com/) has made a reference driver comparison.
To read the whole article and see the table of result, go here (http://www.overclockercafe.com/nvidia_reference_driver_comparison.htm) .
This is their result.
As far as frame rates are concerned, the differences between these drivers is negligible. However, in looking at the 3Dmark scores there is indeed, quite a difference. With a spread is 12% on the 3Dmark and a spread of less than 2% on our Q3A benches it seems apparent that the focus with the NEDs is on image quality and features. The 12% spread we saw in the 3Dmark scores is more than you can get by overclocking your video card alone, given you pick the best driver for you. The best drivers here in our opinion are the v6.50's. Thing about the v6.50s is that there is no overclocking tab so if you want to jack up your card you are going to have to use a third party utility. Remember, newer drivers may be better for someone else with a different set of components in their box, or they could just as easily be worse. Hopefully this guide will give you a good starting point on picking what drivers work and look best to you.
