...Hello,,:)

I was wondering what ( if any ) way there is to convert the sound files in UT using say system commander and converting them to another format with say properties plus?

Utilities needed along with advice would be greatly appreciated,,,:)

You can't just convert UAX files since they are packages. First you'll have to export the sounds (wav files) from it using UEd and then you can mess around with them.

How to do it?

Open up UnrealEd and in the sounds browser load in a sound package. Then you'll see what's in it you can play them and...

Right click on a sound and select export. Give the file a name and it's done. Downpoint is that you will have to export the files one by one :(

You can use the pkg commandlet to export all sounds from a package at once. Download it at http://unreal.epicgames.com. There you'll also find documentation about it.

Cool Fuzzpillz.
That's better.
I didn't know about that one.

For musix use the UMX ripper (also from Epic unreal.epicgames.com ) or the editor's export function.
