Guys, I"m kinda new in UT editing. Naturally - I encountered problems. And there's one I wasn't able to solve this far: How, for God's sake do I rotate/move/scale brushes which already have textures on themselves?

select the brush and move it in the 2d window. You will see the brush move but the 3d window won't make the updates until you rebuild

You can
move with CTRL+LEFTCLICK and drag
rotate with CTRL+RIGHTCLICK and drag
scale with the scale button active CTRL+ right or left click and drag (depending on the axis you want to scale on)

"Scale-type-in:
Right click on the brush and in the properties under BRUSH-MAINSCALE-SCALE specify the values for the x y z.

It worked! Thanks, Slick_willly!
Now arises question number 2: If I have a brush that I want to make much more complicated: for example - take a cube and change its edges in many dimensions (not only in one like in the 2D shape editor), but to stretch and modify the form of each polygon point-by-point... how do I do this?

You mean vertex editing?
In the 3d or in one of the 2d views left click on a vertex and holding down ALT you can move it.

Or you can press the vertex edit button. And select a vertex or vertices with drawing a rectangle around them with CTRL+ALT and then by holding down CTRL you can move them.

But always save before you vertex manipulate.
It's a good way to mess up your whole work by hang-ups and BSP errors. :)

Ah I forgot:

If you turn off vertex snap mode then the vertices won't be sticking to everything in their path.

If you right click on a vertex then it will snap it to the nearest grid point.

Thanks ChrisToth! It really works!
I'll be now very greatful if you recommend me a good complex-structures-and-macros tutorial.

There is no really good tuts for that. You can create cool shapes with the 2d editor and with vertex manipulation. Practice and experiment around and you will know what do do and what to avoid.
