Voodoo Extremes has a new article on the V5 6000 and it's status as well as the only available benchmarks of the this Video Card. Also has a picture of this monster card sitting in a machine. (hope your case is big enough) Although it still looks like there will never be a retail version of the card there is some interesting stuff here like why this is as well as some other info. The main reason for not releasing the card is due to the fact that the video card requires and external power supply to run. Quantum3d adapted the card to use the internal power supply but you better have a monster power supply to run it. Basically the support requirments for the card are too great for the company to turn a profit, or something like that. Anyway, more info here:
