Using Added new models, skins?

I installed some new models (bug,..) and skins. They only work when playing in the "Practice Session", can't use them when playing online with you guys..
Somebody has any idea?

The server has to have the skin installed or else it won't display.

On a server press F2 maybe you see the e-mail and you can send the admin a message to add the skin you like on the server ;)

I have the skins I want to use set up as on all of the machines I am using and I have them listed as serverpaks on the machine I am using as a server but they still won't show up on any machine exept the one I am using as the server. On the other machines the skins show up as a normal soldier. Is there any other place I have to include the files besides the Serverpack, system and textures?

Maybe you have "ForceDefaultModels" activated.

Where is this "ForceDefaultModels" located? I looked in the ini file but found nothing. Where do I look?
