Custom Server Browser tabs

Anyone know of a website that tells you how to set up your own server browser tabs? I saw one once but lost it.

Depending what kind of tab you want to add the procedure is a bit different. But the description in the FAQ should teach you the basic principle, sou you can adapt it to do what you want.
