  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Ok... so I should have waited for GOTY Edition for UT to come out but I had no idea it was! And I paid about $10 more than the GOTYE for the basic game back in June. What exactly are the extras in this pack? Can I download them or is it specific to the retail version of GOTYE? I D/L the bonus pack already but I don't know how it compares to the GOTYE. Also, does anyone know how Strikeforce, Tactical-Ops, and Unreal Fortress or any other Mods changes the original UT game? I mean will it completely change the original gameplay so that it's not the same game? What is the purpose of Mods if you can only use them in the practice session? That is, if I understand these mods. Thanks! :)

All of the add-ons in the GOTY edition are free and you can download them from the web. I hope you have broadband internet connection, cos some of the mods are as big as 30MB+. It's hard work to get the free stuff. ;)

The extend that mutators change the UT gameplay is different. Some make only minor changes; others completely redesign the game, so you hardly recogngnize that it is UT you're playing.

For the more popular mods you will also find servers online that run the mod, so you can play it online against humans.

Sorrt, Cleaner, I forgot all those interesting things as well. What other game can you only spend $30 for it new and still enjoy it for years to come.
