How do you create a UMOD file.

What apps do I use to create a UMOD file. I have a heap of maps and texture files that I want to put into a UMOD file to make it easier to install during LAN parties. What tools to I need to do this?

It's great. I've used it to create map packs for all the LAN games maps that we play.
