How did clan PuF start?
Just curious to know how it started, just in case I want to start a dynasty of my own... someday in the distant futur.
Is futur(e) spelled with an e at the end? Being Canadian confuses theses things at times.... I would guess yes...

That can make more sense, since I've seen the PuF thingy on too many people to be a clan... So, basically, you just add the PuF to your name if you feel you belong to the community? Is there a ceremony, a rite of passage or is it self administered?

There is an initiation ceremony for becoming a "True PuF" involving tweezers, a bottle of Bud, a Maglite torch and a picture of Johnny Bravo, but I'd rather not go into that ;)

Theres no requirement to wear the tag, however when u see someome with the PuF tag you know they're about fair play, respect, and above all, having FUN killing things! :D

Play fair, no cheating, no llama tactics... Good sportsmanship. If you wear the tag, How you act online, reflects on PuF. I really like this place, the people are always helpful, and always a lot of fun to frag with.

You can thank ME for making the official rules to being a PuFfer. They were pretty simple though; just make one post and you're in. The sad part is that many llamas have come in and made themselves PuFfers...although we weed them out and send them to the Llama Farm. :D

What do you mean by add your specs? Caase it seems like being a PUFer is pretty much along my lines (as long as extreme fragging skills ain't a requirement...getting there)

Heh.. no problem man. Stop by The Roost any time it's up. Check out the #planetunreal channel on whatever server it's on now (sorry, I don't know since it moved).

If there's no one on the Roost, jump in, go to the #planetunreal irc channel and let people know it's open. You'll get at least 3-4 followers and then it'll fill up quick (once ya get 3, it'll shoot to 10 within 5 minutes).

Thanks to all of you. It seems like PuF are a bunch of pretty cool people. I'm at work now, and between simulations (digital stuff) I get time to read posts. I saw the fragpu invite. When and where? If it's possible, I'll be there. It is possible, therefore I'll be there. (would that be inductive or deductive logic?)

Yah, I have a little problem though...converting time zones, FragPU always starts @ 4 o' clock in the morning here...as you could have noticed in my previous post, I slept through it last time (I have to wake up in the middle of the night to be there) :( :( :(

Rooster,there's a strange level running on your server.....it's called CTF-Noce or something and the entire level consists of boxes.....
I haven't played the map cause I had to quit......
Don't know.....but the map looks kinda lame.....is it a fun map?

I know your post was meant for Rooster, but CTF-Noce is actually, IMO, a pretty good map (though it's the only map I get monster ping). It does not consist of only boxes, there are a few at the midpoint 'tween the two bases, it seems to have gotten a lot of attention (the boxes :Þ) in the level there are elevators, armoury rooms, medical rooms and weapons rooms as well as bunker-like defense positions. It's a fast paced game (untill the lag sets in) and seems to be one of the more positively popular maps on his rotation.
I have one problem with Rooster's rotation, though. When CTF-Scandinavian's turn is up, I have to download this "Save Me" package, but I can never get it. It always fails and I have to sit the game out.
