Hi all.
Recently I decided to give a go at level making. Unrealed 2.0 came with the GOTY edition, and thats what I've been using. I couldn't find ANY tutorials on this version, so I've been doing my best to stumble through the first stages roughly following tutorials for the earlier versions. So far I can make basic rooms using all of the basic shapes...I think I got a good handle on lights and sounds as well. Can any one out there give me some more advanced tips for use in 2.0? I'd like to know how to make lava and water...and lifts and the like. Basically anything I can get to further my knowledge on map building.
Thanks,
-D

2.0 works the exact same way as the old versions except for a few button changes, but almost all tutorials should still be applicable. Lava, water and lifts are created by exactly the same means as in 1.0. There are a few additional features, e.g. bezier lines in the 2D editor, but I think I have seen tutorials for some of those. Have you looked through all the tutorials at UnrealEd.exe (http://www.planetunreal.com)?
