Well, now, this is an interesting question. A lot depends on the game type - some players concentrate only on DM, or CTF, etc.
This will date me, but I'd say the best guy I ever saw was Voyd. Haven't seen him around in ages though. Rooster has had his way with me on numerous occasions, and LordKhaine is pretty l33t too.
Course, most folks whup my ass, it's kind of like scratching your balls when you wake up - everyone does it and no one really thinks about it when they're doing it!

In 1v1 DM, my vote is for my clanmate, DKo5. His aim is untouched, and he's won a helluva lot of money in this game already, with more to be earned. Check out the TGEGL finals and you'll see him, along with Zilch and Omega, two other sYnners.
In TeamDM, I have to give the gold to |pure|, simply because they are the most improved team I have seen in that genre. BMF, GF, DD, and others are perennials but pure is now a solid contender, no doubt. I would say one person in that clan, but damn, they work as a team, so it's almost as if it's one person.
In CTF, Groove{GF} is the hardest one for me to kill. He's a punk. But the best flag carrier I have yet seen is Zilch, my clanmate. Rarely can someone hang.
