I've never edited before (any game, any editor).
I'd like to learn Unreal Ed.

Is there a web site or good book available
with a step through to get the concepts down?

Too too many newbie editors out there! j/k You should probally start with this magazine: Online Arena(which was printed in march was it by pc gamer I think) it gives you a real head start and after you're done with that go to the hole http://www.planetunreal.com/unrealed

In addition to that, check out Wolf's Tutorials. His tutorials are quite comprehensive, step-by-step and easy to follow.
