I'm the Lead Designer of the TC in development, Thievery UT. Heres our site:

In short, we're bringing ( http://www.thief-thecircle.com )Thief like gameplay to our beloved UT, with primary focus on a multiplayer guards vs thieves setting.
As such, we're making all new content - levels, sounds, models, textures, code, etc etc.
Now, we're in need of a few talented folk to help us along.
Firstly, we need texture artists. We need a lot of medieval/victorian/other historical textures of walls, wood, and so on. If you've ever played Thief or Thief II, you'll know what I mean. Applicants must be adept with PSP or Photoshop image editing/creation.
Secondly, we need a modeler/animator/skinner for our weapons and some iteams - eg, dagger, sword, shortbow, and so on. Experience with 3ds max a big plus, as we'll be usin a top-secret skeletal animation plug-in for UT..
