Ok ok, i know that this question has been asked before, but i didn't understand what was being explained to Silencermvm. I got lossed a little. Any way, my broblem is when i make a CTF game, i put the flags, and the player starts and their team #'s. I even go into the level properties and make the GameIfo and CTF one. Why do my players not start in the right place? Is it because i am not adding pathnodes. I thought i would do that at the end. Oh, another thing, how do you set pathnodes and ambush points for bots and the other stuff. Thanks alot. I am kinda sick of making DM levels. I want to see what i am capable of amking in CTF.

You should stick to testing your "in progress" CTF level w/ no bots. Then, at the end or whatever, add in the pathnodes and the playerstarts. Remember to make the playerstarts w/ the correct team #'s.

Ambushpoints are simple, but I forgot how.

Go to http://unreal.epicgames.com and go into their Unreal AI section, it explains in detail there.

To fix your problem you have to have to hit F8, go under the lighting tab, and hit the button at the bottom that says "path define" or something like that. Whenever you add pathnodes, ambush/defense points, and player starts you have to hit that button to get them to work correctly.

I do that, but my question is how do i get the teams on the right side. I always check if my team #'s are correct. But it still dont work!

Under PlayerStart properties=>PlayerStart=TeamNumber.
0 is Red
1 is Blue

Remember to do a Paths Define (as noted by Jenkins) before play testing as this will ensure that these work.

Ah, Wanderer, shouldn't it be "as noted by uAthan"?
