View Full Version : Skins in Photoshop 5.5???? Please HELP!

Hey can anyone tell me if there is any way i can skin in photoshop because i really want to start skinning, but i don't have 3dmax and i don't know any place to find the warez. If anyone can help me, especially with skinning in photoshop please do.

1. export the base files you are going to use out of Unrealed.
2. load one into Photoshop.
3. change the resolution to about 4x the original size and change it to RGB color.
4. edit
5. return the picture to its original resolution (256x256) and color type (indexed, i think its called)
6. flatten image
7. save as: take the first part of the original name like commandoskins and add "_xxx" to the end of the name. (the x's are where you put your own letters. remember there is a maximum character limit)
8. import into unrealed and save it in its own package
9. save package
10. make an .int file: just copy it off one of the original ones. its easy to figure out what things are, but would be really long to type out
11. save .int
12. load up UT and hope you didn't mess up
that should be it. If you need more help, goes to Shane's skinning site. should be a link around here somewhere like at painful detail.
