in the properties of the water zone you have what is called a zone velocity section. This has x,y,z setting. Just add some numbers in there. I believe it goes by units per second so if you put 512 in there then the player will be moved 512 units on the map per second through the water. Use negative numbers for the opposite directions. Corridinates are the same as any other grid. X+ is right, X- is left, Y+ is up on the y axis and y- is down. Z+ is Up on the 3rd axis (real world up) and z- is down.

This can be hard sometimes but it looks like your level would be pretty easy. Just put a lift exit where they should jump in, and lift center at the point in the water where they would land if they jumped in, and then put the final lift exit at the bottom when they come out of the water fall. Just as long as the water at the bottom of the fall isn't moving as well then it should work fine. Then just put some path nodes at the bottom going to the land so they can swim out.

hmmm, well i guess this is a problem, since if you go over the falls, you die, i guess i should make a way to get back up from the falls, is this easier to survive the falls? rather than a triggerdeath?
