can i save changes to a prexisting texture in my map in photoshop and have the change occur in the editor? or do i have to rename the edited texture, import it, then drop the old one?
also, once they are saved to a texture pack, i dont need to have my textures in a specific folder to work, theyve been saved within the pack right?
also, i just want to say that this board rocks and it is just as great as the program its about....PROPS TO ALL THE PEEPS ON THIS BOARD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok Simplest way to make a change to a texture is to 1) export it if you dont have a copy not in the .utx then edit it and reimport it with the SAME name it has in the .utx and it will automatically replace it with the one in the package. Or 2) Just skip the export part and use a saved version and update then reimport with the same name. No you dont need to keep the texture pics anywhere particular cause they're saved in the .utx file once you save it. Thats why they have a tendency to get rather large. Its pointless to keep a .bmp/.pcx file after import anyway cause you can always just export it from the saved .utx Just make sure you save the .utx before you delete that precious long worked perfect texture.bmp/.pcx =)Was that all the ?'s you asked? I cant remember... BTW thnx for the props for the board peeps. I agree 100% And thnx goes out to alll you ppl that ask these ?'s cause it gives us that answer them something to do =)
