Cust looping sounds? I clearly haven' the loopiest

I'm so close to knowing all I need to know about sound editing. I've used CoolEdit and imported new sounds to UnrealEd successfully.

I just can't get an imported file to loop. I've tried importing the sound into an Ambient sound category in it's "loop" section, but it doesn't bloody work. If I have to record the original sound in CoolEdit as a looping sound, I'm not sure how to do it. Any help is appreciated, and I'll even email you pictures of my sister's papsmear exam results.

As I understand it, there's a way to set a sound to looping. But that has to be done before it's imported.

Yup I figured. Like I said if there's a way to record it that way in CoolEdit I haven't found it.
