I'm working on an assault map, I want to place a vacuumZone info or a pressureZone info in a room in which players must go but not before they reach a target. So, I want that zoneinfo turning off when the players reach the target allowing them to enter the room previously unsafe. My problem is that I don't know how to do that, Can you help me ?

You can't trigger zone info.
However, you may be able to trigger the zone itself. Try making a zone portal sheet into a move that moves away from the door when triggered.
It is a long shot, though I remember in Unreal a water zone was changed with a mover somehow.

This won't work this time! The map you mean didn't have a real zone! The water sheet was a mover, which moved away to create the illusion of lowering water.
Triggers and a special event were used to create the splashing sound! Therefore it only looks like a zone was used, whereas in reality there is no.
Moving the zone portal only works when you leave a small still zoned area! The zone can't disappear completely!
Instead try using triggers and specialevents (set to cause damage) and this death trigger (I'm not sure how exactly it is called).
