Okay, well I don't know why this silly thing isn't sending stats to the server, but I do have a little bit of information on what it's doing. I found out that my previous problem was that umod kept updating ~/.loki/ut/install_dir to be ./System, which the ngWorldStats executable does not like.

I set it to the real game dir (/blarg/games/UT) and the executable will run now, but it won't send to the server.

I'm running a full linux install, version 428a. The server is Virginia Tech UT at 198.82.112.145.

../UT/NetGamesUSA.com/ngWorldStats/logs$ ls
batch_info.txt
../UT/NetGamesUSA.com/ngWorldStats/logs$ cat batch_info.txt
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)
Exit code: 83 (fd_count = 0)

It adds an Exit code: 83 line for every game that's played, and as you can see there are no other files in the logs directory other than batch_info.txt.

Here's the output from the server console:

Game ended at 525.733704

I've tried searching the older posts and the ngWorldStats FAQ but to no avail.
