Hey man...I think that's a sort of cool idea, but if you vote someone off every 30-60 minutes, it could take up to 5 hours to play! Most ppl don't have that kind of online time to sit around and play UT...well, ppl with rl stuff don't have that kind of time anyway 
. If you got this really organized, made some really cool maps, and set up a site that detailed the events and what would be happening (as well as a timeline), you might get some ppl to play. But right now, it just sounds like an idea you've been beating around. Put a little more into first and I bet you'll have no problem getting ppl to play.

I just got another idea, I can get ppl to make a mod for me, that makes it so I can go around in my skin and stuff, but be the guide. I also want the mod to make it so theres no gun.
Should I just give up?? And make a 1 on 1 league?? WHo knows!!! If no one registers by monday its closed.
