Ok I have a Pentium 200 with 32MB RAM(piece of crap)and UnrealEd take like 60-70 seconds to load until today.I now get it to load in 7.6 seconds!!!
I open the unreal.ini deleted all the editpackages except the engine, core and editor. Now I did not do much testing for crashes(you guy can handle that). Now you won't beable to get all the actors and stuff but if your're only working on geometry at the time, who cares or the actors. When you do need the actors all you have to do is load the packages for the browser.
Let me know what you all think.
