Skinprogram Voiceprogram??

Hello.
I have downloaded XANs voice the one that diddent make the game. In the zipped file he says for example "Eat Sh-t and die, die you son of a bit-h, you motherf-cker! Well i whant to know if there is an voice pack that has these taunts in it! And one more question is there a program that i can download so i can make my own voice packs and skins??
