UT pre-game routines?

Sit in front of my computer waiting with anticipation for about an hour.
Start shaking about 5 minutes before the match.
Make sure my mind goes blank.
Then I proceed to choke and play the worst game of my life.
I'm not joking. The most important match I've played to date was PuF vs GTF and thats what happened
To be honest other then that I haven't had too many big games since I'm not a clanner hence no big games

hmm,

1. Do some mapping

2. Become pissed at UED not doing what I want it to do.

3. Feel that killing urge coming on.

4. Switch to UT

5. DM in UT, with Ride of the Valkyries on maximum on the stereo, at the same time cackling madly.

Light a cigarette, grab my 2 litre bottle of Pepsi, and go to town, play one game then take a leak, come back play half a game and take a leak, light another cigarette, burn myself accidently witht the cigarette, scream and complain about how I burnned myself with the cigarette, take another leak, turn off UT and go to bed

Hrm... I don't really have a ritual, but I like playing on public servers for about an hour or so before the match. Then I check my binds and get a pop and take a pee and talk with my clanmates about strategy (well hopefully).

4 - check emails
5 - make whatever phone calls are needed due to the emails
6 - Check my AOL mail
7 - curse my AOL mail
8 - check PuF
9 - Check PAStreetRacing.org Fourms
10 - Check email again
11 - check my yahoo fantasy teams
12 - hop on AOL to see what lifers I can f**k with
13 - curse AOL more
14 - Get food ( usually a chicken pot pie )
15 - get more beer and smokes if needed
16 - play

first..

2. get frustrated with UED or bored with a certain part of my level
3. go get some candy/pizza and pop from the store
4.start eating, and turn the tv on
5.play ut

1. Come home from work.
2. Eat/drink.
3. Bathroom (otherwise known as hiteching).
4. Think about Trish.
5. Get yelled at/yell at my family
6. Call friends and complain about my work day then set something up for all of us to do in the coming weeknd
7.Check mail.
8. Think of new things to buy (mainly computer, things that would help my cause in getting Trish and things to upgrade my car).
9. Think about Trish again
10. To happy after thinkin about Trish so I need to get pissed so I go drive somewhere to run an errand and throw the middle finger at least 3 times due to idiotic driving my the people in this city.
11. Come home pissed off and launch IRC.
12. Figure out new and innovative ways to mispeeeeeeel something. (also known as Kazzing)
13. Launch UT.
14. Look for someone to kick of #PU to make me feel better...J/K
15. Play some UT.
16. Quit UT and biotch about work/school tomorrow.
17. Think about Trish.
18. do some PuFing (foruming)
19. Go to sleep

A typical online evening for me:

1. have a drink
2. eat something
3. turn tv off
4. check mail
4. log into #planetunreal
5. check forums
6. tell RaptoR "I'll be there in a second"
7. check forums again
8. do that neck thing that sprinters do before a race
9. start playing
10. disconnect
11. get really angry with myself for loosing a game
12. play in a ctf game with horrible team balance
13. get even more angry
14. switch back to IRC
15. disconnect
16. LK returns and kicks me off the comp just as I'm reconnecting

well, when i used to play a lot, my routine was cleaning my pantherxl trackball and rollers with rubbing alcohol and a cloth before and after every game. if i get really nervous in a game my hands sweat a bit and it causes the trackball to skip after a while. since then i realized that rubbing alcohol actually made the metal rollers corrode and the ball started catching even worse than before. wd40 baby!

Every time before I start a match.....

...I just reach down, pick up a handful of dirt and rub my hands with it, before picking up my shield belt and shock rifle and entering the arena.....

Before any mactch, every member (no pun intended) of LoL takes a whizz.

In fact, we all went to heed the call of nature before our Shockwave against _UE_. I return from the bathroom to find the game started and Smalls already heading into base with the flag, and Morety still standing where he'd spawned. He takes longer to pee than I do I guess.

We won the game, which leads us to believe that a pre-game pee may be our secret weapon.

My personal pregame routine consists of:

Making a latte
Cracking a beer
Lighting a smoke
Checking the forums
logging on to IRC
ranting about something
Lighting another smoke
saying something foul
realising I forgot to feed the cats
feed aforementioned cats
light another smoke since the last 2 burned out
rant some more on IRC
crack another beer
realise I'm drunk, ranting, and STILL haven't finished a smoke
enter server of choice
fall into the slime
go back into IRC and rant about newbies pushing me into the slime
go to bed

Troll only newbies would be dumb enough to push you in the slime...all of us are too smart so we leave ya alone near the slime. Cause you'd kick our arses if we did
