I don't think it's coming at all, they are saying "when its done" for about 2 years or more

so it's "Nukem Never"

It should be coming out "soon". As always it will be coming out "when it's done" though;) The reason it's been delayed so long is because they've switched engines twice(I think; maybe only once). I do know that they went from the Quake 2 engine to the Unreal Engine and had to redo almost everything tho.
