how do i use UCC to batchextract stuff

i want to extract the texture files out of a FCommandoFatal.utx file

i type
ucc batchexport d:\tex\FCommandoFatal.utx d:\tex *.pcx
and i get a "Failed to find object 'Class Any.d:\tex

what am i doing worng and what can i do to make this work and how do i put a utx file together?
