where is UT level editor?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. sorry if this question's been asked before. but are there any level editors for UT? if so, where can i find em?

The level editor comes with UT. Do the following before running it though as it'll save a headache later.

Run the 2nd UT CD and uncheck the High detail textures (these high detail textures only work if you've got an S4 card) and then continue with the install.

Run the UnrealEdInstaller either from the harddrive or the 2nd CD. Nobodies sure which is right but from what I can tell they're the same thing. Then make sure that it's installing it into the right folder as it will default to C:\Unreal.

Add "-nodsound" to the UED shortcut command line.

Go to http://www.download.com and run a search for VbRun6. Download it and install it.

Then give UED a shot. It's a lot but it'll help save headaches later. Also here are some sites you'll want to check out for UED tutorials.
