UT Editor problem

My Editor for UT seems to work, however, when I go to the help file there is no help file in the directory or anywhere else for this matter. I bought this game legally yesterday and was wondering if all are like that and if there is some where I can go to to get the help file or learn how to use this editor. Thanks in advance.

Those are unofficial help files btw, Unrealed never came with any help files.

Better something then nothing right? Good idea is to download all of the tutorials and keep them in a folder on your desktop.
