A Little help here?

How do I replace default weapons with mod ones (witout weapon arena). Like U4E, I want to run a mutator where all the weapons are my mod weapons. HOW?

First you've gotta learn UnrealScript and find out how to make a mutator. Since I don't know either but do know where you can find info on them head on down to the following.
