Wander can you please help?

i cant figure out how to make a team trigger work

my door works fine
but when i set a team trigger to it .. it stops working


teams =
red 0
blue 1
right?

if you could give me some directions i would be most gratefull

CTF:
Red 0
Blue 1

AS:
Red 1
Blue 0

Still got nothing useful on TeamTriggers other then they only seem to work when shot at.
