off the top of my head it looks like a problem lots of people have that can be solved by deleting the Unreal.ini file from your Unreal Tournament System folder. alternatively, if thats too scary, just rename it or copy the contents of your UnrealTouranment.ini file into Unreal.ini.

basically, the editor is looking for setup info in the Unreal.ini file, but there's FA in there (have a look).

the next patch for Ued is said to fix this error.
