Unable to access UnrealEd

I own a Dell P2-300 and use a Voodoo 3 card. The game itself works great, however, I am unable to access the UnrealEd and get the following message:
Run-time error '48':
File not found: Editor.dll

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

for ut,install unrealed from the second cd. When you install,it will ask if you want to load some textures (these are for a certain type of vid card only so dont do it),just decheck the box,and continue. It will load unrealed after that.

Make sure you've installed VbRun6 as well. Don't know if it's still needed but you can never be too sure.
