Pitch, Yaw, Roll brushes. Where's Roll???

When I click on the rotate Icon I should be able to rotate brushes. Ok this works. The left mouse button pitches the brush, the right mouse button Yaws it, but how do I roll it?
I can change the grid settings for all three but I can only do 2. Sometimes it is really needed to Roll a brush so how is this done? Thanks for the help.

I don't remember very well but the solution is one of this four:

* pressing the two buttons
* changing the view
* every rotation is a combination of a pitch and a yaw, so you don't need to roll
* manual editing of the brush properties

use the two mouse buttons at the same time
