Stupid Question - In Unreal Ed Can You....

Delete a brush which has been textured once you've done other things in the map, I've rebuilt it so Undo wont work.

Using UnrealEd for about a day so I'm a little crap at using it.

Yep! Just delete the brush from your view then rebuild the level. The brush you deleted will disappear.
