View Full Version : Problem: Testing Levels in UT

So, I build a small level in UED and then go to test it in Unreal Tournament. All works fine except UT puts 5 bots in the level with my player and starts the level as a deathmatch. Which makes testing and looking at the details of the level a bit of a pain, when you're getting shot at the whole time. (Think architecture in Beruit 8^).

Any suggestions as to how to work around this short of buying the original single player Unreal?

UT merely uses the settings it was last set at. Realize that UT has actually launched even though it was from the editor. If the bot thing happens, press escape, set up a practice session with 0 bots, and go from there. From there on, when UT launches from the editor, it will have no bots (unless you play some practice sessions with bots in the meantime /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif )
