My fave mutator has to be either Chainsaw arena or Instagib.

Instagib on Morpheus is great - you just bounce from the pad on the bottom going past people on the way up and killing them instantly!

Chainsaw is great because it reminds me of the Doom and Duke 3D chainsaws/axes!
