help with Dedicated Server =[

Ok for some reason when i start a Dedicated Server, i connect to it and i LAG and i mean LAG like Crazy =[

But i dont know why this is happening.

But if i start a Non-Dedicated Server it gos fine.

Starting a dedicated on Machine A then trying to PLAY on Machine A?

Well yeah, you're gonna cause problems.

UT eats up 100$ of your CPU usage, the server needs at least 20% - you can't do both man.
