Text descriptions of Tourney Bots-Epic?anyone?

Anyone know what file the bot text descriptions are in? Are they harcoded in a texture somewhere or can they be changed in an .ini? I can't seem to find them.
This would be necessary for a custom botpack with skins, voices, and decriptions. Also is there an .ini file for the Singleplayer ladder so you could design your own. I have found some info but it seems spread out.

Somehow, a singleplayer ladder will probally be almost all on your own. There's not any real info and you know that already.

While I'm researching the idea of it, it's not one of the top things on my list of things that need to be understood.
