Contains the following:

UGen2011Movement:
Online Compatible. Adds movement characteristics from UT99/UT2004 whilst keeping the core movement of UT3 intact. Dodgejumping is limited to "single jump walldodging" and gives about the same distance as an "ordinary doublejump walldodge".

UGen2011WeaponBalance:
Improved weapon balance with additional fixes and added fun factor.

ShowDamage:
An additional mutator created by another author "Pingfreak". For those interested in seeing how much damage the weapons actually deal and how close that rocket really was.


Notes:
Been tweaking UT3 for a few years, trying to find the right balance for the weapons and movement that'll make the game more enjoyable and a bit more exciting. Some things I did earlier just didn't work, other things had interesting and kinda cool side effects, for instance I found a drastic increase in midair rocket kills :)
Also took the liberty off fixing some annoyances, some obvious like bots abusing the linkgun secondary, and some less obvious ones like the shockball being much bigger visually than it's actual hitbox.

Would be interested in hearing people's opinion especially on the movement mutator.
Airtime time too much on jumps?
Game pace too fast/slow?
