The idea is to create a new event who alternate with the arena fight event.
For example: a corridor "TombRaider style" full of test and obstacle, with aim to achieve the output before a time defined. (one corridor per player)
(the objective is not to replace the arena fight but offer more event in jail)
What do you think?

This has been done in many JB maps already, as alternate escape routes from jail. JB-Strand is the only UT3 map that has one afaik, you might want to check it out. :)
If you want players to fight each other for the fastest times, UT3JB also supports objectives in the Arena, so it should be possible to make a racing track or something like that... Maybe one of the coders can explain this on detail, I think there also was a Kismet action to prevent bots from being sent to those arenas...

The objective part isn't implemented yet, so challenges probably won't have bot support. The challenge completion condition must be scripted in Kismet and the "End Arena Fight" action must be used to specify the winner(s).
You can try adding bot support via the various UT3 built-in AI actions, but if you don't want to do that (or bots are juts too stupid to follow your instructions) you should disable "Supports Bots" in the corresponding Arena Fight event.
