DM-CBP2-Killbillybarn flying bagel?

Alright, I've been playing on that map for a very long time, and suddenly, the bottom of my screen said:

"The Truth is out there..."

And then I caught a glimpse of a flying bagel outside the map.

I looked in the console, and it said:

"Annika: The Truth is out there..."

So now I'm thinking you can trigger this by doing something.

How do you trigger this? Or is it randomly triggered by something?

Actually, I'm seeing this bullseye right now. Quite interesting what they did with that.

I've also heard the CBP maps have some more easter eggs. Are there any other known ones?
