UE2 - UT2kX xEmitter.mAttenuate

Just on the off hand anybody knows... what actually does it attenuate beside the description "particle attenuation". I can't find any documentation on it. Is this the numparticles over the lifetime, repeated over some timescale, something else enitrely?

Ahh, i see. The particles i was playing with were set to a subtractive rendering style. Probably why i couldn't see any effects of changing the attenuation.
