Making a Server?

I wanna be able to start my own internet game. Sometimes I'd just like to play with some friends from work online at home. At work I can do a network game but from home I'd have to play from a server. I know that in Quake ARENA (which sucks) there's an option to start an internet game. But I don't see this in UT. How can I do this? Server? or what? any info would be greatly appreciated. thanx

Start a multiplayer game and make sure the "Broadcast Server" option is enabled. That's all you have to do (unless your PC isn't connected to the internet directly).
