(Seriously, does there always have to be someone who comes along and politicizes a blatantly silly thread? ALWAYS?)
--Larkin, writing the longest on topic post yet. This thread is retarded. Some people do call an egg and sperm live, but they are probably the smallest group of all the groups in this issue. I believe its not live until the both the egg and sperm combine which then each give half of the chromosomes and starts to grow a baby. Before that the egg and the sperm only equal half the equation and therefore do not equal what its needed to grow into a human. Then ofcourse you have the middle ground people where it turns into live at some magical date in the womb and before that date its nothing but filth. Then you have the people that believe its not live until it sees light which again it just magically becomes live at a date. I really don't care to talk about it though.

Well, if a fetus is a human being:
*Why doesn't the census count them?
*Why isn't there a funeral if someone has a miscarriage?
*Why do people say "We have two kids and one on the way" instead of just saying "We have three kids?"
This is silly. Sperm even if ingested just come out thru the urine and travel downstream to the ocean and become whales. Hasn't anyone hears of sperm whales before?
