Neat theme. Interesting that there is almost more play area within the bases than there is between flags. At least one of those middle routes should be eliminated to make it take more than a few hops to get from flag to flag. As it is, I'd imagine that the gameplay would devolve into:

- flags always off the stand
- hunt down the flag carrier in the many corridors around the flag

That's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's not ideal. Some tweaks and you might have a winner. The moving amp platform in the middle was novel, but with the mobility afforded the player using a translocator, it amounts to little more than a decoration.

@ hal: yo man really appreciate your critiques.. not often you get real feedback from some folks.. (Uberserker) ... but in anycase, thanks. there a few cahnges i still need to make to em.. been working on some othre stuff for side projects and potential dsign positions so havent had a sec to make those minor changes.. oh and btw.. i should have put in the read me for this map... it wasnt meant for translocators... i know.. not normal..

i had posted about this map (i think on the epic forums) its a very nice job, looks good an plays really well until you realize you can pretty easily get outside the map (with or without Translocator - hammerjump works too) and so it really would need those holes fixed to be playable. which would be nice cause it is otherwise a pretty cool map! i had it up on my server for a bit before the jump outside the base exploit was discovered...

CTF not needed in the map name in the UT3 menu, but players and author name should be there; I like the theme, environment, fast-close combat (as author said), open ceilings, vegetation inside and outside, dripping water, puddles, jumppads, tech textures/meshes and steam/fan things; the layout and flow are good, but the bots are terrible and the match was over quickly.
