View Full Version : UE3 - GoW Problem: sound distance

I have a very interesting problem:

I am making an ambient sound cue where it will play one sound when the player is within certain distance away, then it cuts to a different sound once the player gets closer to the source, the cue is all spatialized. However, I find that while it does sound fine when I am facing left or right from the the center, when I am facing away from the source, the sound I should be hearing goes away and instead I hear the sound that I should hear when I'm closer.

Is this supposed to happen, or is there a way to fix this?
